How to Order

   2. After checkout, reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of the child(ren).  You may also use the Contact Us form on our website.  Orders will not proceed until a photo is received

   3. A preview may be shared for confirmation prior to production.  One round of minor adjustments is included

   4. The image is converted into a simplified, embroidery-friendly illustrated design

   5. Your custom portrait is carefully embroidered onto the pillow cover

What's Included:  This listing includes one custom illustration portrait of one child. 

Multiple Children: The listing includes one child.  An additional child on the same pillow is + $10, up to a maximum of two children.  

Processing & Care

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

• Machine wash cold (gentle) or hand wash

• Lay flat to dry

• Iron on reverse if needed
