How It Works

1. Place your order

2. After checkout, reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of the newborn (you may also use the Contact Us form on our website).  Orders will not proceed until a photo is received

3. A preview may be shared for confirmation prior to production.  One round of minor  adjustments is included

4. The image is converted into a simplified, embroidery-friendly illustrated design

5. Your custom portrait is carefully embroidered onto the pillow cover
